ARTICLE 1

DŽIRLOVANJE is a procedure for awarding prizes, which is the intellectual property of the Mister Džirla holding company and approved by the competent institutions of the European Union. The rules of GIRLING are identical in all member countries. The Christmas party is intended for customers of Mister Christmas products who have picked up their ordered products.

ARTICLE 2

The DŽIRLOVANGE system is a type of prize game in products sold by the Mister Džirla holding company, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer. The prize fund may also contain other products, if so determined by the Organizer. The purpose of the prize game is to promote the company and products of the Organizer.

ARTICLE 3

The right to participate in the prize game has the right to all natural persons of legal age, with the exception of persons employed by the Organizer, other legal entities participating in the organization of this prize game, as well as members of the immediate family of these persons, parents, children and spouses.

ARTICLE 4 – Rules of Participation

Every natural person who makes a purchase of one of the products sold by the Organizer in the minimum amount of 5 euros becomes the owner of ONE PRIZE coupon, which is automatically awarded. Another coupon is automatically awarded for every 5 euros of downloaded products. BUT, if the customer buys, for example, 6 boxes of ČANG ŠLANG tea, the amount is 33.03 euros. In that case, he is not awarded 6 coupons, but 7. 

ARTICLE 5

COUPONS CANNOT BE REDEEMED!

Each coupon:

• It has a number printed on it and all the customer information.

• all purchases go into the drum, and extraction is done manually

• the regularity of the drawing is recorded by a video recorded in ONE FRAME , in order to ensure the regularity of the drawing and the winner of the prize is immediately known

• all prize coupons that are not drawn in one draw go to the next round

• All coupons are archived and are available for inspection by inspection bodies as well as all other individuals.

ARTICLE 6

The organizers reserve the right to verify the winners and realize the prizes, about which all participants will be informed in a timely and appropriate manner. When receiving the prize, the prize winner is obliged to attach an identity card or other identification document for inspection and to sign a declaration of acceptance of the prize. All participants agree to the rules of the prize game. By participating in the prize draw, the participants irrevocably accept that the Organizer is authorized to use their photo, name and surname, address and other data related to the participant for advertising purposes without any compensation.

ARTICLE 7

Minors are not allowed to participate in the DŽIRLOVANje prize system.

ARTICLE 8

The organizer acts in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and uses the personal data of the participants of the prize game exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling its obligations from the Rules of the prize game and will not use them for other purposes.

The holder of the lottery is the company MISTER DZIRLO SRO; IC: 25713451; CHARKOVSKA 327/7, PRAHA VRSOVICE (PRAHA 10) 101 OO CZECH REPUBLIC.
